G & M Associates Ltd is a specialist Third Sector management consultancy, established in early 2004 by two highly experienced management professionals – Mike Faulkner and Graham Waterhouse. Mike and Graham have worked as senior officers for over 20 years in a variety of public sector and Third Sector roles. In addition to the two Directors,
G & M has established a network of Associate Consultants with a range of complementary specialist skills.
Who we can help
G & M delivers a range of high quality consultancy and business development services to voluntary organisations, social enterprises, arts & cultural industries, Local Authorities and agencies with an interest in the Third Sector in the north west of England.
What we do
We provide consultancy and facilitation services including feasibility studies, marketing planning, organisational reviews, outcome evaluation and business planning. In addition we offer four specialised services:
- Bespoke Mentoring for officers
- Facilitated learning and training for Trustees
- Social Enterprise planning and support
- Social Accounting & Social Audit - to measure and evaluate the impact of an organisation and its services on its users and stakeholders
Quality
We operate a comprehensive Quality Assurance policy (available on request) and we have a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy for up to £1m. The Directors of G & M Associates Ltd are approved consultants with the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, Community Technical Aid Centre, Social Firms UK and Third Sector Enterprises
