Graham Waterhouse

After twenty years working in Health Service management, guiding major change programmes I set up a consultancy business (Graham Waterhouse Consultancy) in 1998, which traded successfully for seven years to May 2004 – when I set up G & M Associates Ltd with Mike Faulkner.

I specialise in business and organisational development, performance measurement, mentoring and training within the social enterprise and voluntary sectors.
