Client:

UK Coallition Against Poverty. UKCAP exists to enable people who experience poverty in the UK to play an active part in the development of sustainable national policies for the eradication of poverty. UKCAP believes that everyone is entitled to an adequate income.

Brief:

Our role was to facilitate a number of Trustee and Staff workshops to help draft a new three year Business Plan and to enable the organisation to develop new ways of meeting its governance needs. The Business Plan was a major contribution to the organisation’s bid for continuation funding from the Big Lottery.

Outcomes: 

A new 3 year Business Plan, Resource Development Plan and revised funding offer from Big Lottery. UKCAP was also able to make effective changes to the way the Board worked with the organisation.
